You may consider if you are eligible for a deposit waiver or alternative deposit options by providing supporting documents showing any of the following:

You are 65 years or older and do not have an outstanding balance with a previous provider.
A letter of credit from your previous supplier reflecting no more than 1 late payment within the last 12 months.
A letter indicating you are a victim of family violence.
Low income.
Military option.

You may also consider if you are eligible to split the deposit in two equal installments by providing supporting documents showing any of the following:

Medicaid or SNAP recipient.
